You know, I'm very glad that I did not know that this blog- especially with the mechanical drawings for machines- existed until today.
You see, I have been extremely slow, so if I had known of these drawings, my financially warped mind might ahve started to say, "Huh, I bet I could make one of those," and I would've have wasted my time instead of turning my compost piles. Or something.
Site looks good, BTW. I'll come back during a bored, or in-need-of-inspiration moment. Tomorrow KL and I tackle 2 tapered columns, so maybe I'll come here for relief.

ReplyDeleteChris, let me put it this way. If Royal Haskell's machine, invented in 1886, hasn't made any money yet, this may not be a good economic indicator.
